Kenneth Mastellone

Kenneth Mastellone received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1995 and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1998. He was admitted in the State of New York in 1999 and is also admitted in the Southern District and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ken has handled insurance defense matters from inception through trial in the areas of general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, NY Labor Law, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance fraud, and construction defect.

He is an experienced trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience successfully representing clients on high exposure matters.
