Joshua Scerbo

Joshua A. Scerbo graduated from Lehigh University with High Honors in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Joshua then earned his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, the New Jersey Federal Court, and the Federal Districts of Eastern and Southern New York, and the United States Tax Court.

Prior to joining MSSSV, Joshua handled a variety of civil litigation matters, focusing on commercial, tort, and real estate disputes, including appellate matters.
