Dylan Nievas

Dylan Nievas earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association. While in law school, Dylan developed a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy through hands-on experience at a boutique real estate practice, the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable David Hawkins in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County. Through this diverse background, Dylan gained meaningful exposure to civil litigation, trial preparation, and courtroom practice, as well as a client-centered approach to resolving legal disputes. He brings this practical experience and commitment to effective advocacy to his work at MSSSV.
