Andre S. Haynes
André S. Haynes graduated from St. John’s University with honors in 1998, after earning his B.S. in Pre-Law. Mr. Haynes then obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008 from Fordham Law School (evening program), while working full-time as a Paralegal. Mr. Haynes is admitted to practice in New York – – both at the state and federal levels (Eastern and Southern Districts).
Prior to joining MSSSV, Mr. Haynes garnered extensive defense litigation experience through his representation of lending institutions, cooperative and condominium boards, property management companies, and private clients, among others. His representation routinely encompassed all phases of litigation – – from initial pleadings to depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial.
