Amelia Dweck

Amelia Dweck graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hunter College in 1992 with a major in political science and a minor in sociology. She received her J.D. from Touro Law Center, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School in 1996. She is admitted to practice law before the New York Courts, as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.

Amelia is an experienced trial attorney, having taken over 50 verdicts in her career. Prior to joining MSSSV, Amelia had 7 defense verdicts in 2019. Overall, she has amassed more than 40 defense verdicts for Municipal, Corporate and Individual defendants.

She has handled major cases including wrongful death, amputations and a variety of other personal injury claims.
