Abe Warmbrand

Abe Warmbrand is a 1975 graduate of Brooklyn College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He graduated from the SUNY Law School in Buffalo in 1978. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, and to the bars of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Prior to joining MSSSV, Mr. Warmbrand was associated with several prominent insurance defense firms in New York City and Long Island. He also had his own practice for approximately 20 years with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation. Mr. Warmbrand has litigated all manner of actions including premises liability, construction site accidents, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, and automobile accidents. He has tried cases in all New York City counties.
