FEBRUARY 19, 2025 – We are very pleased to announce that Richard Epstein has been named a partner of the firm, effective March 1st. Rich has been an integral part of the firm’s employment and civil rights practice for a decade. He also works with our private client counseling team to educate clients about how to avoid employment liability and to deal with pressing client inquiries on the ever changing patchwork of Federal, State and City labor regulations.
