Michael A. Bayron

Michael A. Bayron graduated from Binghamton University in 2010 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to practice before the New York Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Michael defends individuals, property owners, businesses, and other entities in all types of personal injury actions. He also has experience defending physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in medical malpractice actions, having spent his career at a preeminent defense firm before joining MSSSV. He is involved in all stages of litigation, with particular attention to suit evaluation, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation and appellate practice. He has argued and won appeals in the First and Second Departments of New York’s Appellate Division.
