Timothy Murphy obtained a defense verdict in Bronx County on September 26, 2008 in a construction accident case. Plaintiff alleged that the defendants placed sheetrock in an unsafe manner. It was claimed that approximately 1,500 lbs of sheetrock had fallen on plaintiff’s leg.
